CONFERENCE FACILITATOR: LARRY HALGREN
With more than 35 years of experience in the marine industry, Halgren has notable expertise in marina and waterfront development, operations, infrastructures, and marina components. His portfolio incorporates market research for sites, marina plans and site selection, and marina financing and feasibility studies. Halgren worked for Bellingham Marine Industries, the Washington State Ferry System, and Uniflite before starting his consulting business. He has been a member of IMI’s faculty for the Advanced Marina Management course for more than 8 years.
