Company Listing
Each exhibiting company has an online profile where detailed company information can be listed. Once you upadate your profile, this information can be viewed by any visitor to the site. In addition to your online profile, your company name, booth number, phone number, web address, and product category (or categories) will be printed in IMBC's final program/show directory. The information for your printed listed will be pulled from your online profile after November 2, 2012. Be sure to edit your profile by November 2nd to be included and ensure accuracy. If you have not yet updated or reviewed your profile, follow the steps below to do this now*:
Visit www.marinaassociation.org/imbc/user
Username: Your username is your company name in all lowercase type with no spaces and excluding LLC or Inc. For example, the usename for ABC Company, Inc. would be abccompany.
Password: Your password was set to the company phone number you listed on your booth contract with no spaces or dashes (i.e. 1234567890). After logging in for the first time, IMBC recommends you change this password to something you will remember easily.'
*Please note: only registered exhibitors for IMBC 2013 who are paid in full receive a viewable profile on IMBC's site. If you are experiencing any problems logging in, contact IMBC at 401-682-7334 to see if you have an open invoice.
Returning Exhibitors
If you exhibited with IMBC in 2012, your company profile has been saved and will be available for you to review after IMBC recieves your 2013 contract and payment. Your username has remained the same and your password remains what you set it to be (IMBC originally set your password as the phone number listed on your 2012 booth contract with no dashes. You may have changed this after logging in the first time). If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the link above and then click on the "forgot my password" link. Enter the email address listed on your 2012 exhibitor contract and the password will be re-set and sent to that email address. Be sure to review your profile by November 2, 2012 to ensure correct printing in IMBC's 2013 final conference program.
