Jim Schuman is a partner at Fortune, Alsweet, Weiss & Schuman, Inc., a management-consulting firm that has represented developers, property owners, general contractors and private sector employers in all facts of labor relations and human resources since 1954. Jim has been with the firm for over 20 years and has assisted clients throughout the United States, to include Westrec Marinas. With offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Jim has the opportunity to train leadership teams, participate in staff development, resolve employment issues, and negotiate collective bargaining contracts - including the agreement between the SEIU and Westrec for the Chicago harbors. Jim holds degrees in psychology from the University of California. For the last ten years, he has been a guest lecturer at UCLA and USC.
