Real examples of failures from actual property inspections will be utilized along with a review of the Federal Standards associated and the corrective action that was taken.
Marina and Yard Operators will take away a simple guide that can be used to train site teams and avoid injury, damage and fines.

Entire career has revolved around management and operations of marinas, service departments, and yacht resorts of all calibers in multiple locations and have achieved the designation of Certified Marina Manager (AMI # 50 of 300) as well as CMSM as recognized by ABBRA. Very strong background in all areas of yacht yard service operations repairing both power and sailing vessels and their systems. Factory Service Training-Yamaha, Mercury, Yanmar,Cummins and ABYC. Experienced with complex budgeting, capital construction and operating in a P+L environment reporting to owners and investors. Financial skills developed during my career are always being updated. I work in Word, Excel and Outlook daily and have utilized property management programs over the course of my career including the newest version of My Task It. Customer Service – marina and resort management experiences have provided invaluable hospitality experience, quality and customer interaction teachings. USCG MMC- awarded a 100 Ton USCG Master Mariner Credential/Towing Endorsement in 2000. Shipboard experiences with pleasure craft to 100 feet both sail and power-as well as commercial vessels with 45 plus years on the open ocean.
