Passes for January 28 (Opening Reception only) and 29 provide admittance to AMI's Conference & Expo exhibit hall and include all food and beverage provided on the floor. Each pass priced per day. If attending all three days, select the option for "all days".

Please note that if you choose to register for January 30, 2025 for $0, and decide to attend January 28th (Opening Reception only) or 29th instead, we will charge the member or non-member rate onsite, this fee will include the $20 onsite premium. Marina 101 Pre-Conference Workshop

Marina 101 is a three-hour marina industry introduction course. The course is geared to individuals with little or no marina experience, who are looking to get into the industry by way of an advancement opportunity, career shift, or an interest in purchasing or developing a marina.
The Marina 101 course is comprised of nine individual presentations, created and presented by Carl F. Wolf, CMM CMI and former President of the International Marina Institute. The presentations will give you an inside preview of the various aspects in the operations of a marina. Presentations cover topics from day-to-day and seasonal operations to maintenance, emergency preparedness, long-term planning, financial reports, and the various roles of a marina manager.
Rising Waters: Coping with Extreme Weather Pre-Conference Workshop

As more extreme storms and flooding are becoming a way of life, the vulnerability of marinas is no longer a distant concern— it's a pressing reality. This 3-hour pre-conference workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of strategies to protect infrastructure from the growing threats of environmental changes. After participating, attendees will understand flooding risks and vulnerability, marina vulnerability assessment, and mitigation strategies for marinas. The session will culminate in a panel discuss where attendees will hear from marina managers who have transformed their marinas. Attendees will gain practical insights into resilient marina design and long-term planning, equipping them to address this critical threat facing marinas.
