IMBC offers numerous sponsorship opportunities that range from $1,250 to $7,500. From conference events to products, we offer desirable options that will give your company important exposure to the marina industry. New Product Demos
“New Product Demos” offer an enhanced method to market your products and your booth at IMBC. Sign up to conduct live, interactive demonstrations at your booth to show a new product and how it works, as well as gain higher visibility within IMBC’s marketing materials. This is not a PowerPoint presentation—you must actively show a new product or innovation during your demonstration. The cost for a New Product Demo is $750 and by participating you will receive:
• One (1) fifteen-minute time slot for your demonstration.
• A microphone and sound system that will allow attendees gathered at your booth to hear the demonstration.
• A short description and picture of the product in the IMBC program (about ¼ page size).
• A short description and picture of the product on IMBC’s website.
• New Product Demo marketing in IMBC promotional materials.
• An announcement broadcast throughout the exhibit hall prior to the start of your demonstration.
Demonstrations will be held on January 29 and 30 between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Participating companies must be show exhibitors. Check back this spring to sign up for a demo. Space is limited.
We know the opportunity to publicize your company's name, logo. contact information, and products to attendees is important to you. This is why we offer numerous advertising options. Ads are available for purchase in IMBC's preliminary brochure mailed to over 5,000 potential attendees, the final conference program given to each participant, and mobile phone application. Full Page: 7.5"W x 10"H
1/2 Page Horizontal: 7.5"W x 4.75"H
1/2 Page Vertical: 3.5"W x 10"H
1/4 Page Ad Square: 3.5"W x 4.75"H
Bleeds (for printed ads): for back and inside covers only: 8.75"W x 11.25"H includes .125 bleed on each side. Ensure all advertisement content is within 7.5"W x 10"H. Trim size is 8.5"W x 11"H.
File Type: Submit your ad for the preliminary and final brochures in EPS or JPG format.
Resolution: Ads/images for the preliminary and final brochures must be at least 300 dpi.
