Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal and Gen'l Info
IMBC has provided an exhibitor and sponsor portal, Boat Show Manager, for all things IMBC. If you are a return IMBC partner you can log into your account at anytime. If you are a first time IMBC particpant please contact Ray Clark at email@example.com or 401-247-4922 for more information on how to purchase a booth or sponsorship and for Boat Show Manager log in information.
BOAT SHOW MANAGER - Boat Show Manager is where you will:
- Select your booth(s), sponsorship(s), or advertising
- Make payments for your IMBC purchases
- Create or update your company profile and Directory Listing
- Upload your Certificate of Insurance
- Enter the names of staff receiving conference credentials
- Purchase discounted drink tickets
Each exhibiting company has an online profile where detailed company information can be listed. Your company name and a link to your company profile will be accessed through the IMBC Exhibitor Listing web page. In addition to your online profile, your company name, booth number, phone number, web address, and product category (or categories) will be printed in IMBC's final program/show directory. The information for your printed listing will be pulled from your online profile after November 15, 2018.
*Please note: only registered exhibitors for IMBC 2019 who are paid in full receive a viewable profile on IMBC's site. If you are experiencing any problems logging in, contact IMBC at 401-682-7334 to see if you have an open invoice.
If you exhibited with IMBC in 2018, your company profile has been saved and will be available for you to review and update after IMBC recieves your 2019 contract and payment. Be sure to to ensure correct printing in IMBC's 2019 final conference program.
It is mandatory that all exhibitorsprovide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). COIs can be uploaded into your portal in Boat Show manager. Here is a sample of what a 2019 COI. 2019 IMBC Certificate of Insurance
As an exhibitor or sponsor, you will recieve two (2) complimentary registrations per booth. Please submit your Exhibitor Badge credentials via your Boat Show Manager Log in by December 1, 2018. You may also purchase additional badges for your staff OR for your customers by going to the IMBC registration page. To purchase additional badges, either one-day exhibit hall passes or an additional full conference exhibitor badge, go to IMBC's registration page.
Discounted Drink Tickets
As an exhibitor, you may purchase drink tickets at a discounted rate that you may then give out to your staff, conference attendees, and potential clients. These can be used at any IMBC 2019 exhibit hall reception. To order, please purchase tickets through your Boat Show Manager login portal.
Other General Information
Show Service Contractor
Freeman will service at IMBC's service contractor for 2023. Through Freeman you will be able to order supplies for your booth including furniture, electricity, drayage services, and more. As an exhibitor you will receive an exhibitor manual from Freeman with all of the information necessary to place orders. If you have questions ordering materials for your booth you may contact Freeman at 407-816-7900. Shipments to the Conference
Onsite Shipments must be recived on January 23, 2019 (for guaranteed transfer to Show Site) Label
Move in/Move Out
Exhibitor move in will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. All booths must be completely set up by 4:00 pm. This allows IMBC's service contractor, Freeman, to complete final touches of set up before the opening reception at 6:00 pm. Move out will be Friday, January 25, 2019 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Move out will not be permitted outside of these hours. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
