Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We are searching for a personable, responsible, and enthusiastic person to become the new face of our office. Our business services the marine industry and is a blend of interacting between business to business and customer focused hospitality. An upbeat personality and comfort with interacting with many people are absolutely required.
Additionally –
Manage phone call and correspondence (e-mail, letter, packages etc.) Create and update records in marina software including payments. Assist with bookkeeping procedures (daily revenue closeout, invoices, PO’s)
Experience with computer software (Microsoft, Point of Sale, Excel Spreadsheet etc...) and experience in an office environment are essential.
Currently the position is part time (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm) but full time opportunities may arise.
