Candidates Must Have:
- The ability to lead a staff to provide exceptional levels of service consistently.
- The ability to manage and all facets of the marina and fuel pier operations.
- Have outstanding communication and people skills.
- The experience and willingness to continuously develop employees.
- Knowledge of general boat handling, hauling, blocking, launching, mooring, and docking practices applicable to the operation and use of marina facilities.
- General knowledge of plumbing and pier repair.
- Previous marina experience with knowledge of boat operations and maintenance.
- Availability to work nights and weekends and have a true presence throughout the marina basin consistently.

This is a full-time position. Hours vary throughout the seasons, paid annual salary, negotiable based on experience. Schedule will include weekends, most evenings, and all holidays the clubhouse is open, including member events.
