Position Information

The Regional Manager will guide the daily operations and be responsible for the financial performance of each marina, working closely with Bluewater's Operations and Management teams, as well as with each facility's GM and staff to meet objectives and to improve deliverables and services. 

Responsibilities include managing occupancy, services, guest engagement, staff, budgets, financial reporting, facility, equipment, and environmental compliance. The role involves building strong relationships with customers and local partners while driving growth and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• CMM, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field is important
• Minimum 5 years Experience in marina operations, sales, parts and service. 
• Leadership and team management skills, supervising staff and fostering a collaborative environment
• Operational expertise in marine services, haul out, facility management, environmental compliance
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
