2025 Schedule at a Glance

Exhibit Booths

Each exhibiting company receives:
  • 10' X 10' space (comes with 8' ft of back drape and 3' side drapes and id sign). Does not include required flooring.
  • 2 full conference passes per (1) 10 X 10 booth
  • Customizable company profile (virtual booth) on the conference mobile app (Guidebook), including videos, pics, contact info, and links to your social media accounts and your website (see more info below)
  • An online presence on AMI website where your logo and company name are listed along with a link to your website. Your company name and a link to your company profile will be accessed through the AMI Conference & Expo Exhibitor Listing web page.
  • Your company name and booth number will be printed in the final program/show directory. The information for your printed listing is pulled from your booth contract.      
Please note: Only registered exhibitors for the AMI Conference & Expo 2025 who are paid in full receive a viewable profile on the event's website. For any questions, contact Kayce Florio at 401-396-4034 to see if you have an open invoice.

Guidebook - Mobile App (build your very own virtual booth)

We will again this year be using a mobile app that will allow you to build your own virtual booth within the app.  This space allows for custom branding, videos, pictures, links to social media and links to your website.  After signing your contract you will receive an email from show staff with either your receipt or invoice, and you will receive an invitation to collaborate on your virtual booth.  This email will be coming from guidebot@guidebook.com and will be sent to the names listed on the signed contract. If you set up a virtual booth up last year, your  booth infomation has been copied over into the 2025 app and is a starting point for you to continue to build out your branded virtual space.

Ad Specs (for sponsors and those who purchased ads)

If you receive an ad in the final program as part of your sponsorship or have purchased an ad in the final program, preliminary brochure or Boating Industry Insert, please click here for graphics specifications and deadlines for submission.

Attendee Bag Inserts (for sponsors only)

If you have purchased a sponsorship at the 2025 AMI Conference & Expo you are able to include a marketing piece in each of the 800 attendee bags. To ensure inclusion in the attendee bags you must use the Show Management Label and ship sponsor materials to the show office at the advanced warehouse to be received no later than January 15, 2025.  You MUST follow these specific shipping instructions unique to each carrier and the labels you complete for each carrier to ensure the shipments arrive at the AMI show management receiving location.

Insurance Certificate (COI)

The COI is mandatory and all exhibitors must provide one. COIs can should me mailed by your carrier or emailed to kkaine@lighthousecg.com by November 15, 2024. It is critical that all the information be updated to reflect the new Fort Lauderdale venue and 2024 dates and that your policy expiration date must be after January 30, 2025.  2025 COI sample


As an exhibitor or sponsor, you will receive two (2) complimentary registrations per (1) 10' X 10' booth. Please submit your Exhibitor Badge credentials (name and email) via email to kkaine@lighthousecg.com by November 15, 2024. You may also purchase additional badges for your staff OR for your customers by going to the AMI Conference & Expo registration page. To purchase additional badges, either one-day exhibit hall passes or an additional full conference exhibitor badge, go to the AMI Conference & Expo registration page.

Shipping to Show Site and Advanced Warehouse

  • Shipping Label to ADVANCED WAREHOUSE - Must be received between December 30, 2024 - January 21, 2025 (labels coming soon)
  • Shipping Label to SHOW SITE - Must be received at show site on exactly on January 28, 2025 only (labels coming soon)
  • Sponsor Attendee Bag Items and Show Office Labels -  Shipments can be received as early as December 30, 2024 but NO LATER THAN January 15, 2025 for inclusion in attendee bags.  You MUST follow these specific shipping instructions unique to each carrier and the labels you complete for each carrier to ensure the shipments arrive at the AMI show management receiving location.

  • Move-in will be Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. All booths must be completely set up by 4:00 pm. This allows the show's service contractor to complete final touches of set-up and clean-up before the opening reception at 6:00 pm.
  • Move-out will be Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Move- out will not be permitted outside of these hours. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
