2023 Schedule at a Glance

Exhibit Booths

Each exhibiting company received a 10' X 10' space and 2 full conference passes. Your booth comes with 8' ft of back drape and 3' side drapes.  Each booth must have flooring that can be purchased from Freeman, the show decorator.  See Freeman link below. 

Your company will also receive an online profile where detailed company information can be listed including your logo and a link to your website. Your company name and a link to your company profile will be accessed through the AMI Conference & Expo Exhibitor Listing webpage. In addition to your online profile, your company name, booth number, and product category (or categories) will be printed in the final program/show directory. The information for your printed listing is pulled from your booth contract.

*Please note: only registered exhibitors for the AMI Conference & Expo 2023 who are paid in full receive a viewable profile on the event's website. For any questions, contact Kayce Florio at 401-396-4034 to see if you have an open invoice.

Ads and Logos 

If you receive an ad in the final program as part of your sponsorship or have purchased an ad in the final program, preliminary brochure or Boating Industry Insert, please click here for graphics specifications and deadlines for submission.

Attendee Bag Inserts (for sponsors only)

If you have purchased a sponsorship at the 2022 AMI Conference & Expo you are able to include a marketing piece in each of the 800 attendee bags. To ensure inclusion in the attendee bags you must use the label below and ship sponsor materials to the show office at the advanced warehouse to be received no later than January 15, 2023.   Sponsor Shipping Label

Insurance Certificate

It is mandatory that all exhibitors provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). COIs can should me mailed by your carrier or emailed to kelforio@marinaassociation.org by November 15, 2022. It is criticall that all the information be updated to reflect the new Daytona Beach venue and 2022 dates and that your policy expiration date must be after February 2, 2023.  Here is a sample of  a 2023 COI: 2023 Conf & Expo Certificate of Insurance


As an exhibitor or sponsor, you will receive two (2) complimentary registrations per booth. Please submit your Exhibitor Badge credentials (name and email) via email to kflorio@marinaassociation.org by November 15, 2022. You may also purchase additional badges for your staff OR for your customers by going to the AMI Conference & Expo registration page. To purchase additional badges, either one-day exhibit hall passes or an additional full conference exhibitor badge, go to the AMI Conference & Expo registration page.

Other General Information

Freeman will serve as the Conference & Expo service contractor for 2022. Through Freeman, you can order supplies for your booth including furniture, electricity, drayage services and more. Make sure to order what you need by January 2, 2023 to take advantage of the early bird special pricing.  As an exhibitor, you will receive an exhibitor manual from Freeman with all of the information necessary to place orders. If you have questions ordering materials for your booth, you may contact Freeman at 407-816-7900.   • Shipping Information

Shipping Label to advanced warehouse - advanced shipments must be received b/t December 30, 2022 - January 23, 2023.
Shipping Label to Show Site - show site shipments must be received on January 30, 2023
Hanging Sign Labels - this label must be used for signs that will be hanging about the booth, shipments must be received b/t December 30, 2022 - January 23, 2023.
Sponsor and Show Office Labels - for sponsor attendee bag materials only - items must be received at advanced warehouse by January 15, 2023.

  • Move-in/Move-Out

Exhibitor move-in will be Monday, January 30, 2023 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. All booths must be completely set up by 4:00 pm. This allows the show's service contractor, Freeman, to complete final touches of set-up before the opening reception at 6:00 pm. Move-out will be Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Move- out will not be permitted outside of these hours. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.
