Jeremy Holcomb, CMM

With more than 30 years of experience in the marine industry, Jeremy Holcomb brings extensive expertise in operations, planning, and marina design. After spending 17 years with Legendary Marina Development, Jeremy has continued to consult with numerous organizations on marina design and development. He currently serves as the Acting President of Freedom Boat Club – Gulf Coast.

Jeremy specializes in marina design, development, and operational management. He is particularly known for leading projects from concept to completion—overseeing design, procurement, and construction, followed by the development of comprehensive standard operating procedures, staffing, and training programs. His focus is on bringing marinas to peak operational efficiency before transitioning fully staffed and optimized facilities to their developers.
