A 28+ year professional in the marina industry, Dottie has worked her way through the management of human resources, finances, and operations of a very large, full-service marina on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, becoming General Manager, prior to deciding to relocate and continue the operations management with Safe Harbor Marinas.  With more than 20 years of experience managing marina finances through substantial development and expansion including the addition of a large Inn and second marina location, the transition into operations was natural.   Her role as General Manager with Safe Harbor allows her to continue to put this financial experience to good use while managing all operations of a spectacular multi-faceted marina in Marathon, FL.
 
Dottie is the proud mother of a 27 year old son and lives with her husband, Patrick, in Marathon and enjoys scuba diving, kayaking, hiking and pretty much all things outdoors.
